You will learn the basics of how to prepare and maintain an Indigo dye vat. We will use 2 or 3 different Indigo vats, a Indigo/Fructose, an Indigo/Henna and an Indigo/Iron vat. You will have the opportunity to dye linen and cotton fabrics with the Indigo vats and experience the subtle difference between the different Indigo vats.

All dyes and course materials will be provided.
Coffee, tea and light refreshments will be provided. Please bring along a packed lunch.
